PAYMENTS AND RENTAL AGREEMENT NOTICE

Please note that VRBO requires us to have our own payment processor and our payment processor and insurer require us to have signed rental agreements before check-in. You may receive an email from Hostfully (our “reservation and payment management software”) with a link to pay the balance if payment failed – this is definitely us and not a scam, it is to complete their booking.

If you do not receive an email, please message us asap to avoid reservation automatically being canceled for non-payment.
