Will’s Seafood

Authentic Louisiana seafood boil prepared onsite year round at the guest residence with the freshest seafood locally caught.

From shrimp to crawfish, blue crab and even snow crab I will boil whatever you desire with the perfect spice for everyone to enjoy. Pick 1, 2, 3, or all 4 seafoods and sit back, watch what we do and get ready to feast.

All boils also come with corn, sausage, mushroom, and potatoes and a large shrimp, chicken and sausage jambalaya.

Not feeling seafood? Give me a call so we can create a four course meal prepared onsite as well and served course by course.

Additional courses may be added for an extra cost.

  • Rates start at $70 to $100 per person with a $500 minimum charge

  • Additional courses, appetizers and desserts are also available. I also have options for anyone with any seafood allergies or anyone who is vegan.

  • My services are available 7 days a week for lunch, dinner or any time you want. A 24 hour notice is required when booking.
